By placing an order with Pawlyo, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to product quality, hygiene, and customer safety, Pawlyo does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, buyer's remorse, sizing issues, preference-related reasons, or any other non-defective circumstances.

All sales are considered final once an order has been delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizing information, and compatibility details before completing their purchase.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer returns, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during fulfillment or shipping.

We will gladly provide a replacement or exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged item.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product received differs substantially from the item ordered.

To qualify for an exchange, you must:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Submit clear photographs showing the damage or error.
  • Retain all original packaging where possible.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Eligible Exchange Requests

The following situations are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Change of mind.
  • Product no longer wanted.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product functionality.
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
